Madrid is not only the capital of Spain, it is the capital of art and culture and considered one of Europe largest cultural hubs featuring artistic and architectural heritage. The city that never sleeps is also well known for its rich gastronomy and diverse nightlife.
It is my sincere pleasure to recommend Anne Karine Vogt and her entire team at another konzept. We recently partnered with them in February 2020 to assist with a City Dine-Around, Décor and Entertainment for both a Welcome Reception and Evening Party, a Charity Inclusion event and a number of transportation needs. With a group of around 550 people and half of the events offsite from our main program, this required detailed planning and flawless execution. Both of which we received from another konzept.
Anne Karine and her team took our input, offered feedback and creatively added their expertise to make each event unique…and most importantly within our budget constraints. The team was transparent with all costs including add-ons allowing us to make the right decisions for our program while maximizing the experience for the attendees. Having personally never done an event in Madrid, Anne Karine and her team were an invaluable resource. Overall, we scored a 96% Satisfaction rating with our attendees.
